Saudi–Chinese Strategic Partnership to Strengthen Industrial Cooperation

Leading Saudi and Chinese private sector companies announced the signing of a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening industrial cooperation and expanding bilateral trade between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the People’s Republic of China.

The partnership brings together NSK Consultants, a Saudi-owned consulting firm based in Riyadh, Beijing NAR International Consulting Company Limited, and the National Advanced Company. The agreement focuses on providing specialized industrial consulting services to Chinese companies seeking to enter and expand within the Saudi market.

This collaboration aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy to diversify the national economy, attract foreign investment, and strengthen industrial capabilities. Trade between Saudi Arabia and China exceeded USD 87 billion in 2023, reflecting the strong and growing economic relationship between the two countries.

Through this partnership, the parties will support Chinese investors by facilitating market entry, providing regulatory and compliance guidance, and offering technical and logistical support for industrial projects. The cooperation will also promote knowledge transfer, technology development, and industrial integration between the two nations.

Dr. Nasser S. bin Kadasah, Chairman of NSK Consultants, emphasized the importance of the partnership in supporting Chinese investment and enhancing industrial collaboration. He noted that the initiative aims to deliver tangible outcomes that strengthen bilateral trade and contribute to the development of Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector.

The partnership will operate through coordinated efforts across offices in Riyadh, Beijing, and Suzhou, supporting Chinese manufacturers interested in investing in Saudi Arabia and further strengthening economic ties between the two countries.
